Plugins

All Core7 plugins are 100% digital products and are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.

Core7 is not responsible for non-delivery if:

  • An invalid or misspelled email address is provided, or

  • Technical issues outside of our control prevent successful delivery.

Security & Payments

All payments made on Core7 are securely processed through PayPal or Stripe.
Core7 does not store or directly process payment information on this website.

License

Our plugins are developed for WordPress, which is open-source software released under the GNU General Public License (GPL) 3.0:

Any portion of our plugins that qualifies as a derivative work of WordPress is also covered under the GPL 3.0 license.

License renewals:
Licenses automatically renew every year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. An active license key is required to access:

  • Plugin updates

  • Support services

  • Plugin downloads

Support

Our general support hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST).
We aim to respond to support inquiries within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Plugin Support Includes:

  • Installation guidance

  • Assistance with reported bugs or issues

  • Help related to included third-party plugins

Plugin Support Does Not Include:

  • Custom development or customization

  • Installation services

Refund Policy

At Core7, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
To request a refund, please submit a support ticket and include a brief explanation of the issue. Your feedback helps us improve our products and services.

No refunds will be issued after 30 days.

Refund Exceptions (No Refunds Issued If):

  • You no longer want the plugin after downloading it

  • The plugin did not meet personal expectations

  • The plugin was purchased by mistake

  • You lack the expertise required to use the plugin

Ownership & Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any Core7 plugin, whether modified or unmodified. All plugins remain the property of Core7.

Plugins are provided “as is”, without any expressed or implied warranty.
Core7 shall not be liable for any damages—including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—arising from the use of or inability to use our plugins.

GDPR: Requesting, Modifying, or Deleting Your Data

We take data protection seriously and only collect information necessary to provide our services.
If you would like to:

  • Request corrections to your stored data

  • Permanently delete all data associated with your account
